Description of the premises:

Old stone house of size reinstalled in 2009, exotic, in peace, in the middle of a case of greenery.
Ideally located close to the town center and beaches (10 min walk), it benefits from a large private terrace of 45 M2 shaded (vine), a sunny swimming pool (exceptionally used in the absence of the tenants) but only when you're not there), hammock.
The owners, former renowned restaurateurs in the region, live on the spot (on the 1st floor).
A welcome basket of vegetables from the garden (depending on season) will be offered on arrival.

Terms of reservation and payment:

The reservation of the accommodation is made by the receipt of a deposit of 20% of the total price (by transfer or by check).
The balance is payable upon arrival at the venue upon delivery of keys.
A deposit of 500 euros will be requested.

Check-in is from 3pm. the day of departure, the apartment must be vacated by 10 am.

Final cleaning:

A charge of 150 € cleaning will be asked if you do not make the rental in perfect condition.
