Your 80 m2 flat is located on the 2nd floor with lift.
We have completely repainted it in satin white and changed the furniture in the living room, making it much brighter. We are offering it to you again with optimum comfort.

It overlooks the village of Palm Mar and offers a breathtaking panoramic sea view, completely unobstructed by the ocean. It consists of 2 closed bedrooms (double beds for 2 people, including 1 king size 1m60x 2m and 150cmx1m90) and can accommodate up to 4 adults.
The large bedroom has attractive furnishings (bed with mattress and over-mattress, chest of drawers, bedside tables, etc.) Blackout and thermal curtains keep the room cooler in hot weather and warmer in cooler temperatures. The master bedroom has direct access to the terrace, allowing you to see the sea from your bed. The bathroom has been totally "redesigned" with a large fibreglass shower tray, with a rain shower system.
A superb, comfortable leather sofa dominates the living room. A beautiful new pine coffee table and television unit have just been installed for your comfort.

The living room is equipped with a 127cm LG 55-inch flat-screen TV, smart TV and broadband internet access. Sheets and towels are provided free of charge, as well as a washing machine (7kg), an iron, an ironing board and a hairdryer. Hygiene and safety measures. Enhanced hygiene measures. Your flat is professionally cleaned, and sheets and towels are washed at a temperature of 60°C or more.
The kitchen is modern and functional. It is equipped with: Induction hob for fast cooking, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, coffee pods, toaster, kettle, juice extractor, electric mixer. Your flat has a superb 20-metre terrace for your enjoyment. You can relax, read or simply dream on the ultra-comfortable sofa. A modern table and 4 designer chairs will allow you to enjoy all your meals facing the ocean and watch the magnificent sunsets. An underground parking space with a personal closed garage is available free of charge. The car park is guarded and very secure (surveillance cameras). It connects directly to your flat by lift. So you won't have to drag your suitcases or your shopping and turn into the street before finding a parking space :) Palm Mar is a privileged 100% residential area in the south-west of Tenerife. This oasis of peace and well-being is patrolled 24 hours a day by the local police. It is situated between 2 nature reserves (Maspais de la Rasca) Guaza and the sea.
