The flat is located in a second yard, which is one level above the street; this supposes to go up 15 steps.
There is a small kitchen, which can be closed, and a small bathroom.
Many cupboards.
A double bed is offered, which can be completed by a single bed, usually used as a sofa, for a child for instance.
In summertime, this flat is quite pleasant as a private and flowered 12 m2 terrace allows you to have a meal outside.
It is located close to all shops and public transport(underground and bus connected to Bastille and the centre of Paris, Velib bicycle station).
We can eventually leave our car park if you need it, which is 5' walk away.
Pleasant neighbourhood.
This flat is located half way between Nation and Pere Lachaise.
