The tramway is 100 meters down the street on the same line as the stop for the central railway station (Gare Thiers - only 1 km away). Nice harbour, the famous Promenade des Anglais and its beach are only a few minutes away through the old town and its picturesque flower market on Cours Saleya. You will be delighted with the situation of the studio and won't need a car as absolutely everything is accessible by foot or in the same street; shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, even the baker for fresh croissants and fresh bread is right next door to the entrance of the building.
