Comfortable apartment, 70m², ideal for 4 people, separate entrance, garden terrace, parking in front of the house. Recent construction, fully equipped even for a long stay. Absolute tranquility while being close to the main road and shops, but in a quiet area, breathtaking sea view (up to Hidalgo point 40 km) and the Teide (see photos).

The price indicated is for 2 people, a small supplement will be required for the following costs: sheets, towels, toilet water, etc. of € 5 per person per day.
