Residence Villa Glanum has been newly equipped (2022) by the owner with all the required and by the owner comforts. There are discounts on the rental rates depending on the season. Residence Villa Glanum is ideally located in the heart of Provence, out of the city centre, in a quiet and peaceful residential area, for you to fully enjoy your vacation. The apartment consists of a bedroom equipped with a big bed, wardrobe, safe, a living room with comfortable sofa bed, fully integrated open kitchen, microwave, oven, dishwasher, induction plate, a bathroom with shower, toilets, and washing machine. Private garden with outdoor shower, garden furniture and private barbecue corner. The exotic garden, planted with palm trees and bamboos, very nice and green, with its charming pagoda (walk in shower - toilet) will fill your holiday in the sun near the heated swimming pool, from April to late October/secured with a roller shutter, and maintained by the owner.
In the evening, you will enjoy a sumptuous barbecue in the private garden of the building. The apartment was built in line with the villa but separately and has a private garden and parking. Residence Villa Glanum is air conditioned for those who cannot take heat in summer! A cosy, family, and comfortable apartment which has a living room with a big HD flat screen TV, free high speed Internet, Wi-Fi, and an available on-site computer. Residence Villa Glanum is located in a quiet residential area at the gates of Provence and Côte d’Azur - Villa Glanum has prepared access for the disabled and/or people with reduced mobility. There are small shops nearby at 300/500 m, bakery, butcher’s shop, and bar-tobacco shop. The market on the plot opens in the evening on Thursdays, the main Provencal market in town on Wednesdays and at Place du Théâter in the morning on Sundays.
