SAINT JEAN DE LUZ, offering quick access to the beaches and shops, this nice family house is so friendly offers large volumes, we imagine easily receive a large family or friends. (sleeping for 9 people)
On the ground floor there is a beautiful bright reception room with dining room, a very well equipped kitchen with dining area and direct access to the terrace and corner grancha, a scullery / laundry room, a room with bed 160 x 200 , a bathroom, separate toilet.
Upstairs are three bedrooms (beds 140 x 190, 140 x 190, 14x190 and 90x190 beds 80 x 190) a bathroom with toilet.
The house is designed with a self-catering apartment at the bottom with no vis-a-vis with the main house we rent, it is even us who occupy this summer. We are very discreet but we will be happy to help if needed.
In a quiet and residential area north of Saint Jean de Luz 10 minutes walk from the shuttle bus to the city center, (every 30 minutes from 9h to 20h15), otherwise also bus stop around the corner for 10 € the 7 days for 5 people traveling together otherwise Itzulia bus paying around the corner.
