The villa has three bedrooms, two with double bed and one with a double bed and a sofa bed offering the possibility of a fourth double bed. It is ideal for three couples or two couples with four children.
There are two bathrooms and two toilets.
The kitchen is equipped with induction hobs, an oven, a dishwasher.
On the large sea view terrace, you have an electric plancha and a large table for your outdoor meals by the pool.
You can walk to the beach and to the port of Figueirette. Sports enthusiasts can take advantage of the hiking trails of the Estérel massif just behind the house to walk or run in peace and enjoy the magnificent view of Théoule bay.
The area is residential and quiet. The proximity of the railway is not objectively disturbing because it is buried behind the house, at the end of the garden.
The villa has a garage, a pretty fenced garden with several species of trees.
There you will find television, internet access and if you wish a cot and high chair.
