The house is in a large fully enclosed garden (1500m²), with many olive trees, pines, mimosas, oleanders, thyme and rosemary. The cicadas accompany you from sunrise to sunset. Many driveways and yellow stone terraces allow you to enjoy this provencal atmosphere.
The pool of about 8m * 4m is fenced for child safety.
You are about 300m from the beach and 1000m Verne beaches Fabrégas or Sablettes. You can park 2 or 3 cars in the property.
The house dates from the 1920s and we are trying to preserve its original character.
The sea is very close. We like to walk to the beach of La Verne which is a bit away from the bustle of Sablettes. A little further, we like the black beach of Fabregas.
Several dive sites (wrecks, drop offs ...) exist in the bay.
Sicié cap, close is a protected forest, where you can make great hiking with stunning views of the Mediterranean.
For amateurs, the Beaches of Jonquiers, shortly after Fabregas open to naturism.
Do not miss the Provencal market in the center of Seyne Sur Wed. It operates all year, proof of its authenticity. You will find the fishing of the day, but also delicious anchovy puree and tapenade.
More touristy night market Sablettes is an opportunity to hunt around a memory or a drink at the beach.
By east wind, it is not uncommon for surfers on the beaches of La Verne and Fabrégas and paragliders on the heights. Cycling enthusiasts are numerous mountain biking on the Cape or cycling route to climb Mont Faron.
The house has 4 bedrooms and a "desk" that can comfortably accommodate 10 people.
