Breathtaking sea view and view of Trestraou beach for this 8-person holiday home located in a quiet cul-de-sac. Trestraou beach 2 steps away. Staircase overlooking the Customs Trail at the end of the dead end.
Sheltered from the prevailing winds, the house offers very special comfort:

- pleasant to live in thanks to its bright spaces and its sober decoration
The terrace that runs alongside the house is the space to live in summer with its sea view over Trestraou Bay, Tomé Island and the tip of the Castle.
You will reach Trestraou beach in 5 minutes on foot, on the sailing school side where you can register for catamaran and windsurfing lessons. A few meters away there is also a surf school, Perros Guirec being a spot known to surfers who come there all year round. Next to the sailing school is the pier of the stars of the 7 islands which will take you to admire the gannets, seals, and if you are lucky the puffins, emblem of the city of Perros Guirec.
By the Customs trail, accessible from the house, you will make beautiful hikes along the side towards Ploumanac’h ’(allow 1h30 to 2 hours). Do not forget to stop at the coastal house next to the Ploumanac’h lighthouse where exhibitions are offered and where you can get information on the visits to be made.
