Our cottage is on the track of Envers, allowing everyone to leave and return on skis. Children can join during their skis only. It is 2 kms from the heart of La Clusaz, private parking cleared of snow (3/4 cars). Large space around the chalet (the children can play around the cottage, sledding ...). Built in the 60s, it is well maintained, regularly upgraded. The living room (43m2) and kitchen open onto a large terrace on the same footing with South view of the Etale and the Combe de Borderan. It has 5 bedrooms (3 with wash basin) / 12 beds (80 beds): possibility of 3 bedrooms doubles 160. Duvets (for singles and / or doubles). It also has 2 bathrooms (1 with bath and 1 with shower). Any comfort (kitchen, appliances raclette, fondue ... TV, wireless).
