Quiet and charming apartment, ideal for 3 to 4 guests maximum, located in a Spanish-style villa. Created in 2015, this fully independent one-bedroom apartment (F2) offers a private entrance and is entirely ground-floor, with easy access.

The apartment includes:
one bedroom,
an open-plan kitchen,
a bathroom with toilet,
a private terrace,

access to a secure swimming pool (8 x 4 m), for your exclusive use, as the owner no longer uses it.

Easy, step-free access makes the apartment suitable for seniors and guests with reduced mobility (access ramp available for light to moderate wheelchair use).

The apartment is non-smoking (smoking permitted outside only) and pets are not allowed.
It is suitable for up to two couples, or one couple with a child aged 8 and over.

Bed linen and household linen are provided.

Located in a highly attractive and touristic area, beautiful in all seasons. Winters are generally mild, with a pleasant climate and moderate winds.
