The building has a shared garden with 2 large swimming pools and a children's playground.

Very close to the apartment, there are public transport stops and taxis.
Fenals Beach is a 10-minute walk away.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and all cooking utensils.
On the upper floor there is a washing machine.
The complex in which this apartment is located is very familiar and comfortable. It is a quiet area, close to the hustle and bustle of the center. There is a variety of activities for all tastes. It is a great place to spend a beach holiday.

Sheets and towels are not included. They can be hired with supplement. It is essential to book them in advance.


In winter, heating is optional. In case of rent, they are 150 € / week.
