Ideally located, the house is located in Hyeres on the peninsula of Giens in the "neighborhood of the Beach" opposite the racecourse. The range to about 300 m is composed of sand and pebbles and extends in a gentle slope over a length of three kilometers. It offers a magnificent panorama of the Golden Islands and is located near the marina St. Pierre, shops, restaurants and entertainment. Giens is 6 km long and is the most southern part of the Riviera.

The "area of ​​the Beach" is residential and very pleasant with its pine trees that line the streets and houses in the Mediterranean style. Its location enables quick access to the beach, the marina with its many restaurants, boutiques, souvenirs, food and pharmacy shops without having to take the car. At night, the area of ​​the marina is popular for its summer and lively atmosphere. On Sunday, there is the Provencal market stalls with all its colorful goods. In times of regattas the atmosphere is very cheerful.
The accessories and watersports equipment rental shops are numerous and nearby as well as hirers of yachts and motor boats.

The house is built in a Provencal style with a garden of 1500 m2. The landscaped garden, planted twenty magnificent pines, palms, bougainvillea and other Mediterranean plants, is surrounded by a high fence and closed by an automatic gate. The apartment has private parking and protected inside the garden.
