Near the 44 ha, you will enjoy a very sought after location allowing easy access to all the resources of Cap Ferret, while having a quiet environment.
Classified 4 * by the tourist office, the house is recent and made entirely of wood by the artisans of the peninsula. The house is terraced (the owners live in the other part) and offers all the modern comforts you expect. It is the charm and quality that have married to offer you a carefree holiday, and a real relaxation.

You will have 2 bedrooms, one with a bed 140 and the second with 2 bunk beds 90 cm. Each room has an exit through a French window to the terrace.
The bathroom has 2 basins and a large walk-in shower, the WC is independent.
Finally you will have a living room of 25 m2 glazed on the garden, composed of a living room with 2 sofas and a dining area with a round table for 4.
The American kitchen is equipped with an American fridge (freezer dispenser of water / ice cube ...) induction hob, oven multi-cooking, lava crockery, lava linen, etc ..

WIFI with private repeater, TV and DVD player are obviously there.

With its independent access, its plancha gas and barbecue area, its terrace of 40 m2 slatted serving all the rooms, the house allows you to enjoy the outdoors throughout the day.

A 5 'walk, you will find the huge sandy beaches of the ocean or the beautiful beaches of the basin depending on the mood or the tide for young and old.
