Cathy offers her charming apartment hyper city center on the 3rd floor with elevator. You have a parking space in the basement (free during your stay).
You will find all the comfort:
    - Two bedrooms: 1 bedroom (140 bed)
    - Bed linen and towels provided free of charge.
- 1 bedroom (bed BZ 140)
    - 1 cot sheets and 1 booster chair .
- Bathroom with shower-hair dryer-towels towels shower products etc .... you have a washing machine .
- Fully equipped kitchen: fridge freezer, oven and electric hob, dishwasher, coffee machines filter and pod etc ... kettle, dryer .
- Kitchen open to the large living room (30 square meters)
     - table with four chairs, six seater corner sofa, television.
Living room opening onto a balcony with a small table and two folding chairs + 2 high chairs.
Bathroom with bath and shower, washing machine .

The apartment is very close to the AVENUE DE CHAMPAGNE (classified UNESCO) where are located the cellars of MOET AND CHANDON, MERCIER DE CASTELLANE, etc ...) the traders are at the foot of the building, very quiet, 10 minutes walk.
