Apartment on 2 floors in Port Emporda (5 minutes from the center on foot), very quiet, comfortable (access with lift), with 3 bedrooms (2 canal view rooms with a double bed and 1 small room with two bunk beds).
Recent and neat decoration, 2 terraces overlooking the canal: 1 small in a bedroom and 1 large upstairs. This terrace, not overlooked, is partly closed by a veranda.
Upstairs, the equipped kitchen, the living room and the terrace have a beautiful view of the mountain and the canal.
Private parking in underground garage. Located near all shops, large sandy beach at 900m, accessible on foot from the apartment (about 15mn). The mooring for a boat of about 2.50mx 6m is visible from the apartment, at the foot of the building and access is private. This mooring is equipped with water and electricity on the pontoon.
The apartment can be rented with or without the mooring.
Household linen is not provided.
