L'ESTARTIT: Very beautiful air-conditioned villa (160 m²), fully equipped, private swimming pool (8 x 4 m), large fenced garden (lawn on 4 sides), sheets and towels (2 per person) provided and included in the price. rental price. Our villa is designed for a maximum of 8 people, it is air conditioned except the bedroom located on the ground floor. You will have free internet access (low speed) thanks to the WIFi system with which the house is equipped. It has 4 bedrooms, one on the ground floor with a bathroom with WC and shower. Upstairs, there is the master bedroom with a 180 cm bed and its private bathroom (wc, bath / shower) then two other bedrooms and a bathroom (wc, bath / shower). These 3 bedrooms open onto a large balcony, overlooking the plain, the sea and the Mongri. A real joy. The kitchen overlooks the terrace by the swimming pool, garden furniture for lunch and dinner on the terrace (2 tables are at your disposal as well as 8 chairs), 8 deckchairs and two large parasols. Shaded parking in the garden for 2 cars. A living / dining room with a dining area, a table and chairs, then a TV corner with a sofa and 2 armchairs. We receive many channels thanks to the satellite with TNT SAT.
Very quiet residential area, 3 km from l'Estartit and its large sandy beach 5 minutes by car (large free parking), 15 minutes by bike via the cycle and walking path. The house is 2 minutes by car from the supermarket (large choice of products, fruit, vegetables, bread, butchery, cold meats, dairy, fishmonger, cooked meals and large hours 8:30 am to 10 pm).
On arrival, you will find some essentials, refreshing drinks, coffee, sugar, dish and household cleaning products, sponge, toilet paper …….
