Large house in the countryside, but only 5 km from the city center of Avignon!

A large family or a group of friends; find yourself in our large house located in the countryside ... but in the city of Avignon.

Ideally located 5 km from the Place de l'Horloge, that is to say from the heart of Avignon and its Palais des Papes, our cottage classified as Meublé de Tourisme is located in a quiet countryside on the island de la Barthelasse (near the equestrian center), in the middle of the Rhône (largest river island in Europe, 700ha; did you know?).

We therefore propose to rent you our dwelling house composed of five fully renovated bedrooms with two terraces, three bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, internet that goes without saying.
This is our main residence, and we stay next door with our neighbors during rentals!

Outside, you can enjoy a large 9000m² wooded land at your leisure.

In fine weather, a large private 60m² swimming pool awaits you (12m x 5m; gentle slope on 1/3, then depth 1.30m).
It is completely secured by an automatic electric roller shutter (to NF standards).
The swimming pool with its "beach" formula is perfectly suited for young children and babies. It has been very successful (see last issue of the magazine "Ambiance Piscines" page 71, and go dreaming about:

No animals on site please.

Please note that you will be asked for a minimum deposit of 2000 €.
PLEASE NOTE: this will not be returned if the number of holidaymakers provided for in the contract is exceeded, day or night, without request and prior written consent upon arrival! For the good preservation of our house, we are uncompromising on this; thank you for your understanding.

For your comfort and safety, the accesses and exterior surroundings of the house are under video surveillance. Visible cameras monitor the entire parking area as well as the main entrance door.
