Cottage

Little Valley, located 1.5 km from the village of Rouffignac St Cernin, in the Périgord Black.

Village of about 1600 inhabitants, located on the axis Sarlat-Périgueux, Rouffignac St Cernin is an ideal base to visit the most beautiful sites of Périgord. We will be happy to advise you on tours to do during your stay.

While being close to all the convenience, our cottage enjoys a peaceful atmosphere in the middle of its 5 hectares of land mainly woodland with a lovely view.

Our house is situated on the same grounds, but the two houses are separated (wall and gate) and the pool is private.

The cottage consists of:

- On the ground floor of a large kitchen and a living / dining room and office with internet access (computer not provided). Flat screen TV + DVD player.
A spacious bedroom with a bed of 140cm.
A bathroom with shower.
A separate WC.

- Upstairs 2 bedroom 1 with 1 bed of 140cm and the other with 1 bed of 140cm and 1 bed 90cm.
A bathroom with tub.
A separate toilet.

You can either choose to take in charge the house cleaning before departure (it should be left in the same state as you found it) or you pay a 80€ extra fee to let us do it.

Linen supplied on request: € 15 per double bed, € 10 per single bed (towels, rugs and towel included).

You can relax on your terrace by the heated pool (from May) and then your dinner covered terrace where a beautiful WEBER barbecue is at your disposal.

We can lend baby equipment (high chair, changing mat, cot, high trek stroller, park, etc.).
