New house in wood frame of 85 m2 on 1000m2 of land in a locality very quiet all day. The house faces the Bay of Douarnenez: Sea view from all rooms.

A room with a double bed, a single bed.
Second bedroom with a double bed. Upstairs balcony facing the sea.
Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, mixer, water heater, rice cooker, coffee maker, toaster). Washing machine. Dryer.
Lounge with TV, hi-fi, I-pod outside system, internet wi-fi.
Wood stove, sofa 2/3 seats.
Bathroom on the ground floor with basin of 500 liters / shower.
Linen and towels provided.
Electric shutters. Outdoor lighting. You can park 3 cars.
House fire safety standards.
Playground / petanque field. Terrace, parasol, garden furniture, barbecue.
