If it is impossible to come due to travel restrictions linked to COVID 19, we will refund 100% of the sums paid regardless of the date of cancellation.

We provide one hand towel and one hand towel per person.
The beds are made on arrival.

The villa can only accommodate a maximum of 8 adults and 2 children.
Very pretty villa for 10 people with communal swimming pool, air conditioning, unlimited wifi access, TV and parking space between sea and forest.
This beautiful, typically Spanish house is very spacious and has a magnificent exterior.
You will enter via a very bright veranda which opens onto a very spacious and also very bright living room. In this room is the Free Wifi with unlimited access as well as the TV with the Astra 19.2 satellite channels (European channels).
On the right there are 3 beautiful bedrooms. Two of them have a large 150 cm bed and the third has two 90 cm beds. In the middle, 2 bathrooms with wc, one bathroom with shower and the other with bathtub.
On the left of the living room, access to the kitchen fully equipped with all the necessary utensils (plates, cutlery, frying pans, etc ...) but also fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster etc ... A machine to wash is in the garage.
All this level is air conditioned.
Below the house is a fourth very large bedroom with a large 150 cm bed and 1 90 cm bed, as well as a separate bathroom with shower and wc.
The exterior is very flowery and goes around the entire villa. On the left, a space with a table and chairs, protected by a roof and a blind. A very good barbecue equips this part. Continuing, another space with an olive tree where you can put deckchairs. In this corner is the access to the community swimming pool which is large and very well maintained. Only 4 villas overlook the swimming pool area, which makes it very peaceful even in summer.
This villa is ideal for families with children.
During your stay, I will welcome you personally on the day of your arrival, and I will leave you a map of L'Escala with all the information you need to know (supermarkets, restaurants, excursions, surrounding villages, etc.).
Throughout your vacation, I am available 7 days a week from 8:30 am to 11:00 pm for any problems.
