This pretty attic apartment is very well located in a sought after area and enjoys a view and a calm extremely appreciated. This is the top of a detached house and it is totally independent. Very bright, it also has a small private terrace not overlooked, facing south where you can have breakfast, make small barbecues or simply do nothing but listening to the seagulls...
From the living room you have a beautiful view of the golf course and the sea.
A room with a bed 160 (new bedding) and a living room with a sofa bed 120 andan extra bed 110, can accommodate 4 people.
Outside you have a private courtyard to store bikes, motorcycles, scooters, strollers, golf carts or surfboards that you can also put in safety in a closed stairwell.
A parking space is reserved for you in front of the house located in a very quiet dead end.
Finally we leave available board games, many DVDs, enough to make good food for gourmets and not bored on rainy days, but in the Basque Country you can not get bored!
The decor is simple and created by us, photos and other skirmishes are our bill, and yes, we are a little artists from time to time.
