In addition to the house, tastefully decorated and you will find everything you need for a quiet and comfortable stay.
The different corners of the property allow total privacy, in the lush garden of palm trees and tropical plants, or in one of the terraces which overlooks a sea and simultaneously the view of the mountains.
From the generous swimming pool of 12x6 meters you can see the magnificent bay of Funchal and the deep blue ocean, with the unforgettable sun of Madeira.

Privileged viewpoint over Funchal the property makes it one of the most beautiful places to watch the famous fireworks of the end of the year, or simply the sunset over the magnificent bay of Funchal.

Within walking distance there is a restaurant, snack bar, bakery, cafes, supermarkets, market, pharmacy, bank, post office.

If you prefer to dine at home you can opt for the large outdoor barbecue or the complete and well-equipped kitchen. it is even possible to hire a chef for you!

The bus stop is 20 meters away and the city center is 5 minutes by car. There are taxis nearby, or if you prefer, we can help you hire a car.
