Apartment

For a minimum duration of 7 nights, from Saturday to Saturday, we offer for 4 people an apartment of 25m2 (excluding balcony), in the Les Menuires resort, Quartier les Bruyères, Résidence Orée des pistes with private parking space in the basement.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a secure residence (digital code at the entrance and access key to the elevator) and has:

(1) A living room composed of:

* a kitchen fitted with a 2-burner electric hob, a mini fan oven, a microwave, electric coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, fridge, fondue set,. ..
* Dish set, dishes necessary for 4 people
* a dining table, a bench and 2 chairs for 4 people
* food storage,
* a lounge area composed of a sofa with a pull-out bed (solid pine structure, sleeping 2X80X190, a mini table for an aperitif, a flat screen TV...

(2) A bedroom closed by a sliding door (new box spring and mattress of 140X190), a window with blackout curtains. Storage furniture .

(3) A large closet at the entrance

(4) A bathroom (bath, sink, shelves and heated towel radiator)

(5) A separate toilet

(6) From an east-facing balcony with a view of the slopes and the snow front, equipped with a bistro table and two folding chairs. Optimal sunshine in the morning.
(7): A private parking space in the basement of the building - Access to the accommodation by lift

WIFI IN THE APARTMENT
The mattresses are all fitted with protective covers. Sheets, towels and tea towels are NOT PROVIDED.
Compulsory cleaning is extra for an amount of 65 euros payable by the tenant.
For the well-being of all, we ask you when you leave to leave the fridge clean, empty your trash cans and put away clean dishes

Deposit 300 €
Rentals are by the week from Saturday to Saturday, 7 days minimum
 Arrival times between 5 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. maximum
Departure times: 10am maximum
the tenants will have to contact the service provider to organize the delivery of the keys etc .....



Location of the residence:

The residence is at the foot of the slopes: Ski school (ESF), slopes and chairlifts directly accessible on foot. You will have access to all the local shops directly at the foot of the accommodation: Ski school, restaurants, mini-market, bakery / pastry shop, butcher / caterer, tobacco / press, laundromat ...

You can also relax in the Aqua-Ludique area of Les Bruyères (water pool, Wellness area with spa baths, jacuzzi, hammam, sauna; SPA ... and access the speed mountain toboggan run.

A pedestrian path is also accessible to reach the center of the station (La Croisette) in 10 minutes.
