The house is in the heart of an authentic Catalan farmhouse. Recently renovated, perfectly equipped, it is an ideal place for a beautiful holiday with family or friends. The garden is very ornate walled, in the bottom a summer lounge with Moroccan tunes to isolate and further the pool of 12 X 5 m is surrounded by a large green area.
The farmhouse is particularly well located, on the edge of a village, near the beautiful beaches, a famous kite surfing spot and an 18-hole golf course in Saint Cyprien, close to the Vermeille coast, Collioure, Spain, from Perpignan.
A perfect place to organize a golf or kitesurf stay, to discover the region, but also to rest in the shade or in the sun between two dives in the pool.
