Apartment of 62 m2, very bright, comfortable, very quiet, near downtown and sea.
A room of even foot with bed in 140 cm and a big mezzanine of 18m2 with bed of 160 cm.
Cot umbrella with mattress and high chair available on request (free).
Balcony of 15 m2 with sea view, on which it is possible to have lunch or to have an aperitif while admiring the sunset. Locked bike room. CAREL at 1,5 km.
Linen not provided. Possibility to rent set of sheets (12 €) and set of towels (5 € / pers).
Optional departure cleaning (45 €), mandatory beyond one week rental. If not subscribed, the apartment must be made as clean as you arrived.
In order not to penalize holidaymakers, I do not include the deposit on the site, so you do not have to advance it. However, I ask a check for 450 € (not cashed) that I return in the week following your departure. For non French nationals who do not have a checkbook I ask for cash that I return the day of departure after inventory.
Please ask your insurer for a holiday insurance certificate (it is free) and bring it on your arrival.
The tourist tax is collected by Homelidays, provided that the amount calculated by the site corresponds to the tax that must be levied.
