If you are looking for a house literally on the beach, look no further!
New house in 2019, ideal for holidays with family, couple, or friends, promising a very relaxed holiday.
Built on 3 floors, with all the comforts of home. On the ground floor is a living room, a very well equipped kitchen, and a toilet,
giving access to a large veranda furnished with an outdoor living room, dining table, and lounge chairs, all in front of the beach.
On the 1st floor is a wc, a bathroom (shower) and the double bedroom (double bed). On the 2nd floor is the 2nd bedroom, with 2 beds (and possibility of a 3rd bed).
An outdoor barbecue will be set up for summer 2020.
The closest village is Lefkimi (2 km). A car rental is recommended, to get there, where you will find typical taverns, supermarkets, and of course other beautiful beaches in the south of the island.
It is also possible to take an excursion boat from the port of Lefkimi, which would take you to the island of Paxos, or to Sivota on land.
