The commune of Saint-Pabu nicknamed the "Pearl of the Abers" is located at the mouth of the Aber-Benoît. The house is 50 m from the Ganaoch beach and its sailing school.

Ground floor: Living room with very well equipped fitted kitchen (dishwasher, microwave oven, etc.), lots of light (large picture window, etc.). Storage room with freezer, WC + water point
Upstairs, 2 bedrooms with 2 beds 140 (excellent quality bedding and large closets that offer lots of storage). A second separate toilet, a bathroom with spacious shower cabin.
The converted attic allows a breathtaking view of the entrance to the Aber Benoît (room conducive to daydreaming while letting the gaze get lost towards the open sea),
At the bottom of the garden a private shed with washing machine and possibility to store bikes, stroller, fishing & diving equipment ...), a small staircase which gives access to a terrace with sea view
Miscellaneous: long term rental possible; young children's equipment available.
Comfort and calm: white sand beaches at 50m,
