In a large Catalan farmhouse, very close to the beaches, the golf course and the port of Saint-Cyprien, two houses and a workshop converted into a modular loft. With swimming pool, billiard, ping-pong, projection area, large tables, independent gardens.

The 3 houses are close but each of them is independent and perfectly equipped: kitchen, washing machine, dishes, etc.

The loft is a large space of 180 m2 where everyone can gather around a large table, play pool, watch movies on a big screen. Depending on the activity, it is possible to organize the space differently, to release an empty space, to add tables, to move the kitchen furniture to a central island, etc.
There are 2 bedrooms upstairs and a double bed on the mezzanine, and an extra bed downstairs in a room in front of the bathroom.

The large house (250m2), has 5 beautiful bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Its garden is walled, a covered terrace allows to spend good moments in the shade and, at the bottom of the garden, a small Moroccan living room makes it possible to isolate oneself in peace.

The small house (100 m2) she has 3 bedrooms, and also its living room-kitchen. The 2 bathrooms have been converted into old wine vats of the farmhouse.

The 12m x 5m swimming pool is tucked away in a large green area. Everyone will find his place, in the shade or in the sun.

At disposal: a ping pong table, petanque balls, bicycles.

The farmhouse is 5 km from the great beaches of Saint Cyprien, a 19-hole golf course, a marina.
For lovers of Kite surfing, Saint Cyprien is a popular spot.

The farmhouse is extremely well located, from there it is easy to reach Perpignan, Collioure, Spain. The shops are close.
