CASA COSTA E SILVA is situated in a quiet area and is the ideal place for a calm and relaxed holiday. This house is made up of 2 independent apartments. Guests will have the exclusive 1st floor, swimming pool and garden with barbecue. This spacious accommodation can accommodate up to 10 people, equipped kitchen, large balcony overlooking the pool and countryside, TV, WIFI. The property is close to the beaches of Vilamoura. This detached house is situated in a very quiet area, between Albufeira and Vilamoura, and is surrounded by a large and well-kept garden with a swimming pool.
It consists of a ground floor and a first floor, but our guests will only have access to the first floor with a completely independent entrance. This first floor comprises a large living room and a well-equipped kitchen, opening onto a large terrace. This apartment has four large bedrooms, 3 with access to a large balcony, as well as two bathrooms. CASA COSTA E SILVA is equipped with cable TV and WIFI. It also has, near the pool, a barbecue area.

The apartment on the ground floor is owned by the owner and can sometimes be occupied. However, this widowed lady, very kind and discreet, never uses the swimming pool or the garden of the property.

Late check-in (between 19:00 and 00:00): 25 euros (subject to availability)
Early check-in and late check-out: 45 euros (subject to availability)

On request, we can provide cot : 20 euros/unit/stay and high chair: 10 euros/ unit/stay.
