This small villa, with sober forms and Tiniote architecture is a haven of peace, a charming place that we particularly cherish. A feeling of well-being emerges from this living space, an invitation to relaxation and long evenings under the celestial vault rocked by the regular lapping of the sea. Villa Elia consists of two floors of 65 square meters each.
On the ground floor is the main living area, with its living / reading area, the dining area and the kitchen, as well as a bedroom with a double bed (160cm) and a large bathroom.
The basement consists of two bedrooms. A beautiful room, with its own interior courtyard, with a double bed (160cm). Another smaller one with two 90 cm beds that can be joined into a large 180 cm bed for two people. There is also a TV and playroom area with a convertible sofa that can accommodate two additional people, as well as a Cycladic style bathroom. You will be charmed by our small hall converted into a library corner.
A magnificent terrace, part of which is covered with canisses, hosts a dining area, deckchairs, cushions and lounge chairs invite you to relax. the garden is transformed each year: the mineral now plays with plants. 2018 has welcomed a new "idleness" corner, a hammock under the acacia tree offers unforgettable naps ...

It is a place where we go with our children, you will find children's books, games, beach games, stroller, booster seat, baby meal chair, baby bed, baby phone.
Many tourist and culinary books, maps of the island and its neighbors, documents telling about Greece and its traditions, novels await you.

The kitchen is very well stocked: toaster, electric kettle, toaster, blender, electric whisk, nespresso machine .. dishes and accessories in abundance. There is an IFI channel, a TV with all French channels, fans, washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, bedroom 1 has air conditioning, there is WIFI access.
