This beautiful traditional stone house totally renovated in 2014 will be ideal to welcome a family and to spend holidays at the edge of the water. The house is located in kerret small hamlet between crozon and camaret sur mer in the heart of the peninsula at 1,5 km from the beach kersiguénou in the Dinan cove

It has 3 independent bedrooms, one on the ground floor and a sea view, a living room with a beautiful fireplace, a separate kitchen, a bathroom with toilet. It is equipped with wifi

There is a private parking in front of the house and a terrace on the back

The house is rented from Sunday to Sunday in the summer season.
During school holidays the house is rented preferably from Saturday to Saturday.
Very short stays of minimum 3 days are possible out of season.

Possibility to rent sheets and towels.
The rent is given excluding charges on the site
Charges (water, electricity, taxes, wifi, cleaning, presence of animals) will be requested at the end of the stay.
In addition to the rental, the charges detailed below will be invoiced:

Package charges (water, electricity, wifi, taxes) are €40 (01/05 to 31/08) and €60 (01/09 to 30/04)
Compulsory exit cleaning: 70 Euros
Sheets on request: 15 Euros per double bed and 10 Euros per small bed
Bathroom linen on request: 5 € / person
If presence of animal: 10€ for the stay/animal
A security deposit of 300 € is required for the rental on arrival (this is not cashed and is returned quickly)
