In a small seaside village 3 km from Valras Plage and Sérignan Plage, you will be seduced by the warm atmosphere of this picturesque village with a museum of contemporary art and lots of entertainment throughout the summer season .

Beautiful walks in perspective, picturesque villages of the Mediterranean south, Canal du Midi with its 9 locks, all sports .... nautical, horse riding, cycling, car and even on foot, bowling, karting, amusement parks, fairgrounds, Valras casino at 4km, disco, fishing, pétanque ... but also FARNIENTE!
Splendid hinterland (Haut Languedoc Regional Park) férias of villages but also of Béziers with its bodegas…

I offer you a 95 m2 apartment in a very quiet street 50 meters from the village square which hosts a regional market 3 times a week, and lots of entertainment throughout the season.

You have pharmacies, bakeries, banks, cafes, brasseries and restaurants and other shops 50 meters (including a bike and motorbike rental shop), Carrefour, Lidl, Mac Donalds, GIFI and others a little further.

The sandy beach and wild dunes of Sérignan is 3 kms away, you can get there both on your own, by bike (rental shop in the village), or by bus, 0. 30 cts the ticket (stop 50 meters).

The apartment, on the 1st floor of a renovated winegrower, can accommodate several families (up to 8 beds + baby).
It consists of a living room / kitchen of 40 m2 with island and dining table for 8/10 people, a bathroom with an Italian shower of 1.80 * 90, separate wc, 1 large bedroom of 16m2 with bedding in 160 cm (can accommodate a baby bed which will be provided if necessary) and a large wardrobe, a bedroom of 12m2 with bedding in 140 cm and closet, and a room furnished with 2 bunk beds in 90 cm.
In the living room, 2 sofas, one of which is convertible to 140 cm.
It is equipped with reversible air conditioning hidden in the ceilings in all rooms with thermostat in the rooms.

The equipment available will allow you to travel light:

-washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, extractor, kettle, coffee maker, senséo, dishes….
-TV, dvd player (with dvd), WiFi access, pocket books, ....
- vacuum cleaner, steam generator ironing board, hair dryer,
-A baby cot can be provided with sheets on request at no extra charge.
-towels and bed linen are provided.
The rental is from Saturday to Saturday, smokers are requested to do so on the balconies, animals are only accepted with the prior agreement of the owner.
Out of season, possibility of weekly or weekend rental, 2 nights minimum.

30% deposit will allow you to reserve your dates and the balance will be paid upon entering the premises.
A deposit of 500 Euros, not cashed, will be returned at most within 30 days.
Even if cleaning is included in the price, we expect you to leave the apartment with a minimum of cleanliness.
