Quietly located in the pines and oaks at the edge of the Golf d'Hossegor, 2 steps from downtown, this villa with its two living areas separated by a covered patio is ideal for 2 or 3 families with children, or groups of friends.
The bed linen and towels, and cleaning 1x per week and departure are included in the rental. The beds will be ready for your arrival.
The villa enjoys a double exposure (south terrace, sheltered garden and golf side under trees).
The Big House (1969), completely renovated in 2015, 10 people, a kitchen, a large living room with windows overlooking the golf course and five rooms in one wing, and 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets including one separate.
The small house (1988) renovated in 2016, 5 seats, has a kitchen, a living-dining room, and two bedrooms on two floors, with wooden staircase and 2 bathrooms and 2 WC including 1 separate. All household electrical equipment described above are duplicated. Ping pong table.
The villa overlooks the golf course at the 3rd hole. The garden has been completely redone, with automatic irrigation in 2012.
The clubhouse of the golf, the center and the shops of Hossegor are distant 800 m. Access to the beaches (2 km, Hossegor and Capbreton) can be done by car or bicycle. Towards the interior, our street leads to the old town of Hossegor (Soorts) with its artisanal and commercial zone (trinquet and, for lovers of Basque games). In addition, the forest and the White Pond (for walking), Lake of the bottom, and the beaches wild 'north of Hossegor and Seignosse (surfers paradise) are also easily accessible.
