Recent house not overlooked and on one level. It is located in a dead end in a popular and very quiet area which will allow you to spend a pleasant and relaxing stay (there is no traffic).
It is located 300m from a family beach and several coves. The city center, the port, the train station, its markets, its shops and the various tourist accesses are 1 km away on foot and the first restaurants are 300m away.
It has a courtyard in front of closed and a terrace facing south behind closed without opposite. A parking space is reserved for you.
It consists of two bedrooms with cupboards and wardrobe separated by the living room (privacy preserved): 1 bedroom with double bed (140 * 190) + 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140 * 190) and 1 mezzanine bed (90 * 190).
A living room with an open kitchen, a shower room and a separate toilet.
All necessary beds will be made upon arrival.
Compulsory: 60 euros to be added to the rental price for the arrival and departure cleaning if stay greater than 2 nights.
Optional: towels for all stays longer than 2 nights.
