Absolute charm, protected 12mx4m swimming pool, 360 ° view of an unspoiled countryside, all 10 minutes from the lovely ducal city of Uzès and 20 minutes from Nîmes. The property adjoins the house of the owners who will be happy to reveal all their good addresses to you. The architecture of the premises, however, ensures everyone's privacy. To ensure the comfort of your stay and the proper maintenance of the property, the caretaker will regularly maintain the pool, water the garden and clean the house. These services as well as the exit cleaning are included in the rental price.
The space intended for rental consists of 3 buildings of approximately 100 m2 each, independent and between which circulation is around a fresh and flowery courtyard. The first building includes a large kitchen on the ground floor next to which there is a fully renovated bathroom with walk-in shower. An outdoor laundry room extends this building. In the second building there are two adjoining rooms on the ground floor, one with a double bed benefiting from a small bathroom with shower and the other with two single beds. By an external stone staircase you reach the first floor of this building which includes a large work room and a bedroom with a double bed. The third building, accessible by a stone staircase, has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a small bed, and a bathroom with bathtub. Through an outdoor wooden passageway you reach a very large living room with TV and various board games.
