End of stay cleaning (150 euros) is not included in the rental price and is optional.
We ask our tenants, for their departure, to have emptied the garbage cans, put away the dishes, replaced the furniture in their place, emptied the fridge, cleaned the oven. An indemnity of 60 euros can be requested if this is not the case.
Household linen can be made available for 15 € / person (bed and bath linen included)
We also ask our tenants to have great respect for the rented property, its equipment, the cleanliness of the premises, but also the tranquility of the neighborhood.
Please also let us know if any item or item has been lost or broken during your stay so that we can replace it.
