Apartment recently refurbished, it has air conditioning, individual heating, double glazing, internet with high speed wifi, an 125 cm flat screen TV with international TV channels box free internet: wifi and a safe.
Entrance, bedroom with large dressing room, large bright living room with 2 convertible leather sofas, dining room, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, large fridge / freezer, ceramic hob, washing machine and all equipment kitchen), a bathroom with bathtub / shower (hairdryer) and separate toilet.
It can accommodate 4 people. very comfortably.
The apartment is non-smoking.

The rent includes charges, household linen for 2 people (if more than 2 people supplement of € 12 per person per day).
Deposit 300 €.
Possibility to rent a private parking: 12 € per day.

• TIME OF ARRIVAL:
o 15.00 to 16.00 hours.
o With agreement: from 16.00 hrs until 18.00 hrs
o Beyond 6.00 p.m. until 10.00 p.m., supplement of 50 €.
• DEPARTURE TIME:
o 11. 00 hours.
o With agreement: from 8.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m.
o Earlier: from 6.00 to 8.00 am, supplement of 50 €.
