The apartment is situated in the heart of the village of La Flotte, which was awarded the title of one of the “Plus Beaux Villages de France”. It is on ground floor in a small complex less than half a mile from shops, services and the médiéval market. It is very light and has tiled flooring throughout.

With two bedrooms it can easily accommodate 4 people, but has the possibility of sleeping up to 6 using the sofa-bed (with a Bultex mattress 140*190) in the living-room.

The open plan living-room, west facing, includes a fully equipped kitchen, with 2 zones induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, multi-function oven , mixer, Nespresso, kettle.

Private terrace (11m2), with hedges and including garden furniture and electrical awning.
