Arcachonnaise type villa completely renovated with wifi, close to the most beautiful beach of Andernos and marina. The house has all the comforts with a large terrace equipped with parasol, table, 8 sun loungers overlooking the secure and heated swimming pool (from mid May to mid October) with wooden deck and barbecue available. 2 parking spaces. Access from the villa directly on the cycle track (6 adult bikes available) that can safely take you directly to the covered market, shops, walk around the Bassin, the Ocean and to the Cap Ferret peninsula .
Many walks to do around the site: Tour of the Ile aux Oiseaux, day at the Découte du Banc d'Arguin or Dune du Pilat. Many events in summer: Fireworks on the water in July and August, Jazz festival in late July; fishing in the Basin with visit to the oyster beds.
