Located 3 minutes from the city center, it is close to several cable cars and the small shopping center of the Pilgrims. There is the Pèlerins train station and a bus station 100 meters away for people without a vehicle. Adjoining the garage, it is not overlooked and surrounded by a large meadow beyond the garden and parking lot.
