The house, all in white lacquered wood, exterior and interior, is full of charm, not overlooked, comfortable, in a very "Seaside" cabin style, with enclosed grounds. You can sunbathe on the deckchairs installed on the terrace overlooking the sea or go down the few steps of the private staircase and find yourself on a very pretty sandy beach to put down your towel and parasol. For swimming, the sea just opposite is very shallow for a few dozen meters and this is very reassuring with children. You can take your meals in complete privacy, out of sight, on one of the two terraces overlooking the sea or go very easily and quickly for lunch or dinner in one of the pleasant beach restaurants, located nearby (800m). A very complete shopping center is located 600m from the Mail in Rochelongue, you can get there on foot quickly and easily (by the beach or the path). A hypermarket and a gallery of shops are located 3 km away. The port and the center of Cap d'Agde are also very close (1.5 km). For your activities, 27-hole international golf course 1 km away, numerous tennis courts, various nautical activities, spa, spa, swimming pool, very large network of cycle paths, horse riding, Aqualand Aquatic Center, Aquarium. Also nearby: nightlife, entertainment, Casino, nightclubs.

-Farther Montpellier, university city, remarkable historic center and essential economic center.
