Private vacation home

This house has been a wonderful base for our own holidays with family and friends for over ten years. With beach, park and shops all under five minutes away by foot, it is easy to have a relaxed daily rhythm, and there is also a large range of sights to see and things to do in the area.

The property is situated in a quiet residential area with little passing traffic. Parking is available right in front of the house or in the driveway. The garden is enclosed with hedges/fences, and a table, chairs and barbecue facilities are provided.

The house is used by the owners as a second home and has been amply furnished and equipped. There are four bedrooms, a study/bedroom, a bathroom, a shower-room, two toilets as well as a kitchen, living and dining areas. It sleeps 10 comfortably (3 double rooms, 2 twin). A baby cot and high chair are available if required.

Linen and towels are available as an optional extra.
