An exceptional situation at the end of Oléron island, in the lovely village of La Brée les bains, for this nice sixties villa, very quiet in a wooded park (2.500 m² or 27.000 ft²) and very close (just cross a little street) from an almost deserted beach, the right one for children and fishing at low tide...or surfing at high tide !

You don't need a car here. You can do almost everything on foot and bikes (some are free at the house), to discover the coast, little towns and harbours on the island and in the vicinity. During summer, you can go by boat to the close islands : Ré and Aix and also to Fort Boyard and La Rochelle. You can even come by plane at La Rochelle airport and take a boat to St Denis, a little harbour at 3km from the house.

- Towels can be provided on request at an additional cost of 50 euros per stay
- Optional cleaning: 80 euros (Otherwise do the cleaning yourself).
