The house can accommodate 12 people (ideally 6 adults and 6 children) not including children who sleep in beds umbrella.
It has 5 bedrooms, three with a double bed (one 160 cm) and two with bunk beds.

Located in the Saint Servan district 2 minutes from the shopping street and 20 minutes walk from St Malo Intra-Muros. Saint Servan market on Tuesdays and Fridays.
