This charming apartment is ideally located at the foot of the Savoy/ Brévent ski slopes and just 2 minutes walk from Chamonix centre. In winter, ski schools ( ESF) are just in front of the building.

Recently renovated, it offers a cosy and comfortable atmosphere with a chalet style ( logfire, latest equipments : ipod dock, large flat screen TV with international channels, WIFI, brand new beds, pillows, duvets, first quality bedlinen).
Its large terrasse ( 30 sqm) facing south offers panoramic views of the Mont-Blanc and the Aiguilles. It is set in a very calm and green residence.

It is ideal for one or two families or a group of friends.

No need for a car, you can do everything by foot : shopping, skiing, dining out, swimming, playing tennis, ice-skating, hiking, cinema, after-ski in town, etc
There are a private and secure garage as well as a private ski locker in the cellar.
Bed linen , towels are included in the price.
Beds are made before arrival.

Equipments: Washing machine+ dryer; dish-washer, microwave, oven, induction cooker, large TV, stereo base for ipod, 'acova' heaters in the bathrooms ( to dry towels), DVD player.
Outdoor dining table and 8 chairs.

bedrooms: high quality , brand new beds, mattresses, pillows, duck down duvets ; 'mountain style' embroided bed linen; beds made on arrival.

Location: Very convenient : Ski equipment can be rented in a ski shop in front of the building;

In summer, wonderful views of the paragliding flying in the ski, from the Brevent and landing on the Savoy fields, just next to the residence.
Numerous hiking trails start from the Savoy : 'Le petit balcon Sud', Planzpraz/ Flégère, le lac Blanc, les Aiguilles Rouges, etc...
Great amusement park with summer sledge ( luge), tree-adventure park : 10mn walk.
Indoor and outdoor ( in summer) Olympic swimming pool with slides : 10 mn walk.
