It is a large independent house (250 m2 on different levels) facing south (terraces) with an exceptional view of the sea in a relaxing cove.
It is surrounded by 2000 m2 of wooded and enclosed land (swings, slide).
It runs along the shore at the bottom of the cove at the tip of the Porz-Gwenn peninsula in the town of Plougastel-Daoulas.

The house fitted out in 2011 has recent or traditional Breton furniture, and the decoration is focused on the theme of the sea, of Brittany. It has among others a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room - living room, seven bedrooms, 2 shower rooms and 1 bathroom, several lounges (games, TV, desk (computer-internet-library) )) and a French billiard room.
Most of the complete appliances are also from 2011.
