Located in a hamlet very easy to access, near MONTROC, a few minutes by car or shuttle from the ski areas of BALME (Le Tour) and GRANDS MONTETS (Argentière), this large chalet in stone and red cedar, built Twenty years ago, it welcomes families and friends with great comfort, skiing and mountain enthusiasts.

On the ground floor, you will discover a large, perfectly equipped kitchen, opening onto a dining room and a large double living room with its beautiful fireplace. Many large bay windows offer an exceptional panoramic view of the mythical VERTE and the DRUS.

A very large sheltered balcony will allow you to have lunch outside or simply rest, enjoying the calm, the view and the sun.

Going down to the garden level, you will have 3 pleasant bedrooms and their comfortable bathrooms and toilets.

For the comfort of your stay, you will find on site: books, maps of the region, board games for children, television, WI-FI Internet equipment.

Private parking at the entrance to the garden will allow you to park easily. Note that a shuttle stop located a few hundred meters away, will allow you to connect the different spots of the valley, giving great freedom of action, to everyone, even without a car.

Argentière, with its many shops (supermarket, sports shops, pharmacy ...) and restaurants is located 1 km, Chamonix is 10 km, Martigny (Fondation GIANADDA) 45 minutes, Geneva and its airport, 1h15.

Note that the upper space is closed to tenants.
