The proximity to the beautiful sandy beaches with exceptional views of Saint-Tropez, the 18-hole Beauvallon golf course and the tennis courts are less than 4 km from the villa (6 minutes by car).
The medieval village (9 mins by car) with its "Grimaldines" festivities, the modern lakeside town of Port Grimaud (4 mins by car) ideally places the villa "halfway" between Sainte-Maxime and Saint-Tropez.
